Dr. Edward Fekpe holds a PhD in transportation engineering with over 28 years of professional experience. He is also a certified project management professional (PMP). Dr. Fekpe is a recognized expert in freight transportation regulatory and policy impact analysis. His areas of technical expertise include freight data analysis and modeling, transport infrastructure performance analysis; regulatory and policy analysis. His responsibilities include technical leadership of research projects relating to freight systems and data analyses, transportation policy impact evaluation, infrastructure operations and impacts, highway revenue, technology deployment and evaluation.
